The Origin

Wanuco Region, Peru

Our coffee grows in the Wanuco region of the Andes. The rare combination of high altitude (similar to Mount Hermon) and moderate, stable temperatures year-round allows the coffee cherry to ripen slowly.

This slow ripening is the secret to the rich flavor and high concentration of antioxidants. This is coffee that does not grow in "industrial farms," but in small, high-quality mountain plots.

The Engineering Secret: "Dedicated Organic Container"

Why is our coffee priced the way it is? The answer lies, among other things, in the small details of logistics.

We insist on shipping in an exclusive dedicated organic container. This means we do not mix any other goods in the container, not even other organic goods like cacao.

Even if we import a partial load, we pay for a full container.
The Goal: Absolute prevention of "Cross Contamination" with non-organic or harmful substances.

Many save on these costs by consolidating containers. We choose purity.

Fresh Local Roasting

The Roast: Medium Plus

We roast the coffee to a "Medium Plus" profile (between "City" and "Full City"). This is the perfect balance point: it preserves the bean's health benefits (which are destroyed in darker roasts), while balancing acidity and sweetness.
