Our coffee grows in the Wanuco region of the Andes. The rare combination of high altitude (similar to Mount Hermon) and moderate, stable temperatures year-round allows the coffee cherry to ripen slowly.
This slow ripening is the secret to the rich flavor and high concentration of antioxidants. This is coffee that does not grow in "industrial farms," but in small, high-quality mountain plots.
