In organic farming, no synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used, nor are genetically modified seeds (GMOs). The coffee trees grow in the shade of other trees, which preserves the ecosystem, fertility, and biological activity of the soil. The organic growing method gives the coffee a rich, natural taste with a high amount of antioxidants essential for health.

Absolutely. "Mazon Nahon" organic coffee is Kosher. Please ensure the Kosher seal is present on the package you receive.

Single Origin coffee is not a "blend" of beans from different countries. The coffee comes not only from one country (Peru) but from a specific, defined geographic region. This guarantees flavor uniformity and particularly high quality that can be traced "from cup to farm."

This is the key question. Whole beans retain freshness and nutrients (antioxidants). Ground coffee oxidizes within minutes and loses most of its aroma.

Our packaging is triple-layered and equipped with a one-way Valve. The valve allows gases (CO2) emitted by the coffee to escape but prevents oxygen from entering. This keeps the coffee fresh for a long time.

Coffee's enemies are oxygen, light, heat, and moisture.
It is best to store the beans in our original packaging (with the ziplock and valve), inside a cool, dark cabinet. There is no need to put it in the freezer if you use the sealed package within many months.

Coffee is 98% water, so water is critical to the taste. It is recommended to use filtered water (without chlorine and off-flavors), but not completely distilled water, as the minerals in the water help with coffee extraction.
