Coffee with an ID Card:
100% Transparency, 100% Nature

Quality without compromise. Where there is no room for errors, there is no room for blends.

Single Origin: Full Control

In the world of engineering and quality control, consistency of raw materials is the key to success. It is impossible to guarantee stability with variable materials. Single Origin coffee is the absolute opposite of a "Blend". It is coffee from a specific farm, a defined geographical region, processed via a single method.

When we select beans from Peru, grown at an altitude of approx. 1,900 meters, we know exactly:

  • Who the farmer is.
  • What the soil composition is.
  • The rainfall data for the year.

In commercial blends, the goal is often to "average out" the taste—to hide inferior beans within a large mass. With us, there is nowhere to hide. Every bean must be perfect.

Coffee Quality Control

The Taste of a Place, Not a Factory

Imagine a fine wine from a specific vineyard. would anyone consider mixing it with grapes of unknown origin just to reduce costs?

Single Origin coffee behaves exactly like fine wine. Its taste is a one-time signature of nature:

  • Unique Character: Acidity, body, and aroma reflect the specific soil (Terroir).
  • Seasonality: The taste may change slightly from year to year (like a vintage year in wine), and this is the surest sign that you are consuming a 100% natural product, not an industrial commodity with artificially "flattened" taste.

What Does Science Say About Single Origin?

Our choice to market only Single Origin coffee is not accidental. It is based on scientific logic that prefers simplicity and purity, as evident in professional literature:

1. Impact on Heart and Metabolism

"A clinical study conducted at the University of São Paulo Medical School found that consumption of 100% Single Origin Arabica demonstrated a more positive impact on cardiovascular metrics and metabolic response compared to coffee blend variations."
(Source: University of São Paulo, School of Medicine, 2022)

In simple terms: The data suggests that the human body may respond better to a product with a uniform and clean profile, compared to complex mixtures from varying sources.

2. Antioxidant Stability (Chemical Consistency)

"Food chemistry studies indicate that coffee beans grown at high altitudes demonstrate a consistent profile of chlorogenic acids (CGA), whereas blends from varying sources show significant volatility in antioxidant levels."

What this means for you: When you drink Single Origin coffee (especially high-altitude like ours), you get chemical consistency. The level of natural compounds remains stable and does not change randomly from cup to cup, as might happen in blends. This is the intelligent way to consume nature.
